Holesky, the largest Ethereum public testnet experienced one of the best, unplanned events for chaos testing as it hard-forked to Pectra. With an invalid block, consistent forking and a non-finality period spanning a duration of three weeks, client and infrastructure teams were pushed to Ethereum's limitations to discover edge cases that led to many fixes and lessons learned for the future.
